If you’re struggling with career transitions, relationship issues, legal issues, weight loss, drugs and alcohol, or simply feeling lost, Stef is here to support and work with you every step of the way.

What sets the Stef Scanlan method apart is Stef’s ability to provide practical support during legal proceedings. After a period of coaching, her clients have been empowered to move on and in doing so have entered the legal system, whether that be separation and divorce, probate, conveyancing or other family proceedings, eg arrangements for children. Stef’s dual expertise allows her to offer guidance and assistance to ease the process and minimise stress. She will help you make the right decisions for you and stay by your side as long as you need her. Or, are you recovering from legal proceedings? For example a divorce? Stef can help you find your new path.

The Stef Scanlan Method is about empowering you to take control of your life and create the future you desire. Through personalised coaching sessions, Stef will discover your strengths, identify your goals and values and develop strategies to get you to where you want to be.

What to expect…

The Unconscious mind is the part of you that runs your body. It tells your lungs to inhale and exhale; your liver and kidneys to work. It stores memory. It represses memories with unresolved negative emotions, then, “Pops”, them up to us so we can sort them out.

The Unconscious mind is protective, but at the same time is the domain of all the emotions, so it keeps emotions repressed as a means of self-protection.  The clever, (and sometimes not-so-clever), thing about the Unconscious mind, though, is that it’s unconscious.

We don’t know what it’s doing for us inside our bodies and minds most of the time. Whilst its vast power and effect are integral to our lives, it is also lazy, requires clear, detailed instructions and loves the path of least resistance. We need to make sure that this thing that drives us, that we are unconscious of, is working to our advantage and not against us. This is where the Method and Stef’s tool kit come in.
