Stef will explore your needs during an initial session, (90 mins) conducted either online or at the coaching space.
She will then tailor a hypnosis for you in readiness for the following session, based on the information she has elicited from you. The hypnosis session usually takes an hour and can also be performed online.
The package also includes one follow-up session (30 mins).
TIMELINE PACKAGE
If you choose to undertake the Timeline therapy package, you will receive three 90 minute sessions, plus an additional 30minute follow-up session.
Timeline sessions are conducted online or in Monmouth.
